COCKTAIL BAR
After more than a decade at the top of Australia's dining and drinking scene, Longrain has welcomed the addition of a new cocktail bar. The previously occupied downstairs space has been taken over by the Longrain team who have converted the basement into a separate cocktail bar area, with spacious street frontage.
In the new level everything is pared back - polished render, concrete, block-work, brick work, steel and brass-it's simple & raw. Longrain's cocktail bar is a chic, sexy space that oozes a Manhattan-style warehouse vibe.
The bar menu, serving delicious morsels that complement an extensive cocktail, beer and wine list is a modern interpretation of Martin Boetz's favourite Thai street food.
The bar is home to resident DJs who create the perfect mood for lounging back and sipping cocktails. The Caipiroska is Longrain's signature cocktail and is often credited as the cocktail at the heart of the 'stick drink' revival. Other infamous in-house cocktails include the Ping Pong, Camp Bitch and Bloody Longrain.

Later in the week, you will find Sydney's top DJs mixing chilled sounds to the rhythms of cocktail shaking and glasses clinking! A cool blend of old and new Soul, Afro Latin beats, smoking dub lounge and cool jazzy breaks creates the perfect background for easy conversation.
