Longrain Private Cooking classes
with Martin Boetz
Our private cooking class is hosted by our executive chef, Martin Boetz. This class is designed to provide the essential tips and techniques to cook the perfect Longrain experience at home. You will enjoy the colour of some of Sydney's local Thai stores on a walk with Martin. Martin will give you some hints on where and how to locate good Thai produce. You will then return to Longrain's kitchen and start your hands on cooking class. You will cook a selection of dishes and then enjoy a fabulous lunch, cooked by you with a glass of wine.
Bookings are essential. This class is for a minimum of 10 people.

Guests will have the opportunity to stay in the inspired natural surroundings of The Byron at Byron Resort and Spa and unwind with yoga or spend time by the infinity pool with magnificent rainforest backdrop. The weekend includes a visit to local farmers markets and a producer’s farm with Resort Head Chef Gavin Hughes, a cooking class with the delicious. maestro herself, Valli Little, lunch at award winning restaurant Harvest in Newrybar and a gala four-course dinner at The Byron at Byron Restaurant.
